What is a FOB / REMOTE? 

Fob/Swipe - Entry into the common areas of the building & lifts. Doesn’t have a battery or work as a garage remote. 

Garage Remote - opens up a gate/garage to the parking area of the property. Doesn’t function as a swipe to enter the common areas. 

Dual Remote - opens up a gate/garage to the parking area of the property as well as a swipe/fob which opens up the common areas of the property.
