Cancellation & Refund Policy
Reason | Definition | Amount to Refund |
Change of Mind | A change of mind is where a customer has placed an order. Then realised that they do not need the item. | Refund total value of order - admin fee. |
Need to Reorder | Customer didn't include all the items that they needed and only want to be charged one admin fee. | Complete refund once the new order is received. |
Received product and realised that you meant to order something else | Customer didn't order the correct product on the form. | Once the product is returned to our office, a refund of the product only. |
Order Declined | The OC Manager or Property Manager declined the order. | Refund - Admin Fee |
Keyzee Delay | We have exceeded a reasonable amount of time to fulfill an approved order. | Complete Refund |
CS Team Cancellation actions:
- Whole Order Cancellation:
- Cancel the SO in Odoo
- Cancel the SO in Woo
- Ask for the correct refund via an Activity
- Cancel line in the PO if required - And the related PO receipt
- Line (product) Cancellation
- Reduce the line to 0
- Ask for the correct refund via an Activity
